Banana Boat is part of Ma Té Sai Company Limited, the office is located within the Ma Té Sai handicraft store. For all tours we offer transport directly from your hotel. 
Once we have confirmed your tour we send a link for a deposit of US$20 total to hold the booking. The remainder can be paid on the day of the tour by cash (Lao kip or USD) or by credit card.  
If you are inquiring about a tour for the next day, it is best to phone or message the number below (our team speak English), or have your hotel phone on your behalf, and confirm by paying at the store, it is open  10am-6pm daily. We cannot guarantee email response for last-minute  bookings.
